Don’t like spinach but know it’s really good for you? Blend a handful of fresh spinach up with blueberries, a banana, some ice, and almond milk and you won’t even taste it. Carrots aren't your favorite food but you know they have some amazing health benefits? Blend a few carrot sticks in with fresh strawberries, coconut milk, natural vanilla protein powder and ice and your taste buds won’t complain a bit.
